Company : This is injected into the bots greeting to simulate how it will sound to the clients. In production we sometime have to do this phonetically, for instance Mitel may sound better as mytel.
First Name : This is only used in the email you receive. The bot will capture your name, as it would in production.
Email : This is used so that you can receive the call transcript and caller details. Exactly as it would be done in production
Phone Number : The number the demo will call you on!
