Download the dummy data (it's a spreadsheet but the actual lookup is cloud data) and give Grace a call and ask for a person or department....

Three things that are cool...
All cloud
This demo simulates connecting to 3rd party cloud applications. If you're in our PoC database when you call in, Grace will know who you are!
The directory and department data is stored in a secure cloud database, in exactly the same way the real directory data will be stored.
Multilingual
Grace is multilingual.
Ask her to speak in another language and she'll react immediately. The lookups and flows all function regardless of the language you're speaking.
Expandable
The demo focuses on the directory lookup and department lookup but Grace could fulfil all the other duties that a traditional receptionist would perform on the phone.
