Change of ownership from one partner to another

At present, there is no cost to transfer an OpenScape Business from one partner to another

STEP 1 - Send the below spreadsheet 'Info CLS for more than one system' and 'CLS_Partner_mapping_change doc' to the partner.  The partner will need to fill in the spreadsheet, ensuring they add all of the SIEL ID's and the relevant info required.  The  customer will need to complete the 'CLS_Partner_mapping_change doc', and again, if there is more than one SIEL ID, they will need to list them individually.

STEP 2 - When you have received the completed paperwork, send the spreadsheet and letter to the service desk at Mitel - UCC.IT-servicedesk@mitel.com

STEP 3 - Once the transfer has taken place, Mitel will notify you.  When the transfer has taken place, the system will be removed off the existing partners RSP and you may also want to guide the new partner into removing any usernames and passwords from the existing OpenScape Business.
